- Order & account: products purchased, order notes, account details (passwords stored hashed), support history.
- Payment: processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe/PayPal/Apple Pay/Google Pay). We do not store full card details.
- Marketing preferences: newsletter sign-ups, opt-ins, engagement (MailerLite).

Why we use your data (lawful bases)
- Contract: to process and deliver your orders, manage your account, provide support.

How long we keep it
- Orders/invoices & tax records: 6 years (legal requirement).
- Customer accounts: while active; delete on request (unless we must retain some data).
- Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or are removed as inactive.
Your rights
