We want you to love your purchase. Here’s how returns work for Cyrena Monique Beauty.
1) Change-of-mind returns (online orders)
- You have 14 days from the day after delivery to tell us you’re cancelling.
- Email kisses@cyrenamoniquebeauty.com with your order number to start a return.
- Send items back within 14 days of telling us you’re cancelling.
- We’ll refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or evidence you’ve sent them). Refunds go to your original payment method and include the standard outbound postage (if charged). You cover return postage (unless the item is faulty).
Hygiene & exclusions
For health protection/hygiene, sealed cosmetics can’t be returned once unsealed after delivery. Other common exclusions: personalised items and perishable goods (not typical for us). Your statutory rights remain.
2) Faulty, damaged or misdescribed items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, email kisses@cyrenamoniquebeauty.com with photos and your order number.
- Within 30 days of delivery, you can reject faulty goods for a full refund.
- After 30 days, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement; if that’s not possible or fails, a price reduction or refund may apply — under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
3) Condition of returns
Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging (unless returning because they’re faulty). Include any free gifts that formed part of the offer.
4) How to return
- Email kisses@cyrenamoniquebeauty.com with subject Return Request – [Order #].
- We’ll reply with the return address.
- Pack securely, include order number and name in the package; use tracked postage and keep proof of posting until your refund is confirmed.
5) Exchanges
Fastest route: return for a refund, then place a new order.
6) International orders
Duties/taxes are non-refundable by us. Mark parcels “Return” to avoid extra import fees.
