These Terms govern your use of cyrenamoniquebeauty.com and purchases from Cyrena Monique Beauty (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1) Eligibility & account
You must be 18+ to purchase. Keep your account details confidential; you’re responsible for activity on your account.
2) Products, pricing & availability
We aim to describe colours and textures accurately, but variations can occur due to lighting and screens. Prices are in GBP and include/exclude VAT as shown at checkout. We may change prices or correct errors at any time.
3) Ordering & acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We’ll email an order confirmation; acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods. If we can’t accept, we’ll cancel/refund.
4) Payment
We accept the methods shown at checkout. Your card or wallet is charged when your order is processed. Fraud checks may apply.
5) Promotions & codes
One code per order unless stated. Codes (e.g., LIPLOVE10) may exclude certain products/sets and can be withdrawn or changed at any time. No cash alternative.
6) Shipping & delivery
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Risk passes to you on delivery to your address or designated safe place. Title passes after full payment.
7) Cancellations & returns (change of mind)
For most online purchases you have 14 days from delivery to cancel (“cooling-off” period). Hygiene exception: sealed goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons can’t be returned once unsealed (this typically includes cosmetics). 8) Faulty or misdescribed items
You have a 30-day short-term right to reject faulty goods for a full refund. After 30 days, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement; if that’s not possible or fails, you may get a price reduction or refund — under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
9) Reviews & user content
If you submit reviews or content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use and display them on the site and our marketing channels. Keep content lawful and respectful; we may remove any content at our discretion.
10) Health & allergy disclaimer
Always check the ingredients list before use. Patch test if sensitive. Discontinue use and consult a professional if irritation occurs. Our products are cosmetics, not medical treatments.
11) Intellectual property
Site content (text, imagery, logos) is our property or used with permission. Don’t copy or reuse without consent.
12) Liability
We aren’t liable for: (a) losses not caused by our breach; (b) business losses; (c) events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights.
13) Governing law
English law governs; courts of England & Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
